OpenGenesisLINK Atlas and the new world map
Atlas project for virtual worlds: global maps, region and content discovery, project status and the difference from the World API map.

OpenGenesisLINK Atlas and the new world map
In plain language: Atlas remains a separate project. The server now includes a simpler interactive world-map page for web portals.
What matters?
The new World API map at /api/v1/world-map/view can search and display public regions. It is not the full separately planned global OpenGenesisLINK Atlas.
The map uses available OpenSimulator tiles, names and configured teleport links. A separate portal must explicitly embed it; the external portal is not updated automatically.
