25 October 2026 update: Latest published release: v0.9.3.12 (14 October; final operator acceptance pending). Current development covers OGL AssetService, mesh/PBR, FastMap 2.0, node staging and World API recovery. Historic sections below describe earlier milestones, not the current stable support surface.

In plain language: Metrics and logs help troubleshoot problems. Version 0.9.3.10 Dev adds pathfinding, voice preflight and inventory diagnostics.
What matters?
Existing logs, NexBus metrics and API statistics support operations. New development diagnostics clarify whether verified NavMesh data is missing and whether voice is merely configured rather than usable.
Voice diagnostics do not activate the deferred OGLVoice service. Production acceptance still needs load and long-running tests.
