OpenGenesisLINK architecture

Core and World Node

OpenGenesisLINK separates central platform services from region and scene runtime. The Core manages identity, sessions, social, groups, land, assets, inventory, moderation, audit and teleport decisions. The World Node runs regions, scene runtime, terrain, objects, avatars, physics and later scripts.

Protocols

  • OGL Wire – native early OpenGenesisLINK wire protocol for Core↔World and Scene development.
  • OGL-FED – planned native federation system with public-key trust, signed travel tokens and audience binding.
  • Hypergrid Compatibility Bridge – isolated legacy adapter for OpenSimulator.
OpenSimulator compatibility is provided through isolated protocol adapters, allowing OpenGenesisLINK to evolve independently.

Current state

Core, World Node, Region Runtime, Identity, Content Services, Social/Governance and World Operations are already functional in the published 2.0.0-dev. OGL-FED and the Hypergrid bridge are roadmap targets and are not presented as complete.
